In order for your Real Estate Transactions to run as smooth as possible, We will:
Confirm that all documents are properly completed.
Open escrow and make sure parties have received copies of all documents.
Maintain a calendar of events for all deadlines
Follow up with lender throughout the transaction.
Confirm appraisal order and make sure client receive a copy of the report
Review Preliminary Title Report
Follow up on all contingencies and deadlines for any other appointments and/or documents.
Coordinate signing with escrow and lender.
Upload and distribute all documents
